Return Policy?

Exchange Policy?
Ms.CrazyEars only offers exchanges, if item is in original packaging within 3 days of receiving your purchase. Please email me us at: to find out if you are eligible for an exchange. You will be given a return address, to which you are responsible for sending your item back.

Damaged Items?

Never received your item?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an item is lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to contact USPS to file a claim. We will provide you with tracking information, and the date of delivery to assist you in this process.

Chargebacks
If you receive your package, and file with your bank to receive a refund that is fraud, and I will press charges. It is stealing. Please think twice before trying to rob a #smallbusiness.
