  • Return Policy?

Ms.CrazyEars does not accept returns. All sales are FINAL.​​

  • Exchange Policy?

Ms.CrazyEars only offers exchanges, if item is in original packaging within 3 days of receiving your purchase. Please email me us at: Businesswithdiavion@gmail.com to find out if you are eligible for an exchange. You will be given a return address, to which you are responsible for sending your item back. 

  • Damaged Items?

If your order arrives damaged please contact us at Businesswithdiavion@gmail.com​. Include your full name, order number, and a photo. You will hear back from us within 3 business days. 

  • Never received your item?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an item is lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to contact USPS to file a claim. We will provide you with tracking information, and the date of delivery to assist you in this process. ​

  • Chargebacks

If you receive your package, and file with your bank to receive a refund that is fraud, and I will press charges. It is stealing. Please think twice before trying to rob a #smallbusiness.
